O R D E R

% 09.07.2018 On 31.01.2018, the petitioner was granted Furlough for a period of three weeks from the date of his release with one of the conditions requiring him to furnish a Personal Bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Superintendent Jail. The petitioner seeks modification of the same to one surety of the like amount. The relief sought is reasonable. Hence, it is allowed. The petitioner shall be released on his furnishing a Personal Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The other conditions of the Furlough shall remain unaltered.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.

A copy of this order shall be given dasti, to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master for communication to the petitioner and his release. A copy of the same be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent through the police for release of the petitioner.
