In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge(North-East), Karkardooma, Delhi on 12.07.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
