% 02.08.2016 Respondent no. 5 is father of petitioner no.2. Petitioner no.1 and petitioner no. 2 have married against the wishes of their parents, including the respondent no.5.

It is a love marriage.

Photocopy of certificate of registration of marriage, issued by the Registrar, Hindu Marriage Ghaziabad has been annexed as Annexure P-1.

Respondent no. 5 is present in Court and submits that he has not threatened the petitioners nor has any intention to cause any harm to them. His statement has also been recorded by SI Pawan Kumar of police station

South Rohini in this regard and has been placed on record. Petitioners are present in Court and submit that they are not receiving any threats now and do not wish to pursue this petition any further. Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
