1. At the outset, learned counsel for the Appellant prays for more time for deposit of costs in terms of the previous order.

2. The order dated 22nd October 2018 for deposit of cost had to be complied with by the Appellant by 15th November 2018 both as a pre-condition for the issuance of notice in the appeal as well as for the continuation of the interim order that had been passed in favour of the Appellant. That order has not been complied with. In fact no application was filed by the Appellant prior to 15th November 2018 seeking extension of time for compliance.

3. In that view of the matter, the request is rejected and the appeal as well as application are dismissed. The interim order is vacated. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
