% 04.05.2018 CM No. 18332/2018 (for exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.
CONT.CAS(C) 317/2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated April 22, 2015 in W.P.(C) 3957/2015 inasmuch as the court had directed as under:
"In the meantime, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps solely on account of failure of the petitioner to pay the licence fee."
Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel who appears for the
respondents on advance notice states, the basis on which the contempt petition has been filed that the unipoles are being removed by the respondents is not because of non-payment of licence fee by the petitioner. The said statement is taken on record.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondents any other reason for the respondents to take action would not be governed by the direction given by this court in order dated April 22, 2015. The petition stands disposed of as there is no contempt. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J MAY 04, 2018/jg
