% 25.04.2016 Crl.M.A. 6510/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Bail Appln. 824/2016 The present application has been filed by the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.317/2014, under Sections 408/120B IPC, Police Station Kirti Nagar.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner, he being aggrieved by the rejection of the anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.08.2015 till today.

Undisputedly, after 03.08.2015, there was no protection to the petitioner and the petitioner did not prefer any bail application. Learned APP for the State has submitted that during the course of the said period, NBWs have already been issued against the petitioner which has neither been mentioned in the

application nor any order on the same has been obtained from the learned MM.

In the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
