On 17.08.2023 before the learned Joint Registrar, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that he had informed the plaintiff through letter dated 07.03.2024 about this case.

Since no further instructions are being received from the plaintiff therefore he is unable to pursue the matter and seeks discharge. 4.

The learned Joint Registrar observed that since the plaintiff was not forthcoming, the learned counsel shall be discharged on the subsequent date. 5.

Again, no one appeared on behalf of the plaintiff. 6.

The matter was listed for cross examination of PW1 but he has also not appeared.

Today again no one is present on behalf of the plaintiff. 8.

The suit is thus dismissed in default.
