% 01.03.2017 This writ petition was disposed of by us by order dated 20.02.2017. However, it is listed before us today on an office note pointing out that the respondents have been wrongly described in the cause title of the judgment dated 20.02.2017.

We found that the respondent No.1 should have been Union of India but not the Lt. Governor of Delhi.

We direct that the cause title in the judgment dated 20.02.2017 be rectified accordingly and a fresh copy of the judgment be issued/uploaded on the website.
