% 03.05.2016 CM No.15802/2016 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 3704/2015 & CM No.15803/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following prayers:- "(i) Pass necessary Wit, orders and directions thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned orders dated 08.09.2015 passed by the Authority under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Delhi.

(ii) Pass necessary orders and directions thereby calling for the records of above mentioned applications in which the impugned orders were passed."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three separate applications under Section 20(2) of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948

were filed by Mr.Jagdish Singh, Mr.Mukesh and Mr.Manish. After some arguments, Mr.Tushar Thareja, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to file a fresh petition. As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
