The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.338/2016 registered under Sections 370/376/342/323/34 IPC and Sections 3/4/5 I.T.P. Act at PS Subhash Place, Delhi. Status report / additional status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2016. Statement of the prosecutrix / victim has since been recorded. The victim is aged around 29 years.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
