O R D E R

% 02.05.2016 CM Nos.15927/2016 & 15929/2016 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

C.M.No.15930/2016 (delay) In view of the facts and circumstances explained in the application, the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the application is disposed of.

LPA No.273/2016 & CM No.15928/2016 1.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that though it was conceded before the learned Single Judge that the High Court of Bombay at Goa also has concurrent jurisdiction, it was never consented that it would be the convenient forum to deal with the case. 2.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 disputed the same and it is submitted that the order under appeal being a consent order warrants no interference.

3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, though we are not inclined to entertain this appeal, the appellant is granted liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for review/modification of the order under appeal. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
