% 15.10.2018 Since two connected cases between the same parties concerning their marriage has been transferred today by orders in Tr.P.(Crl.) 25/2018 and Tr.P. (Crl.) 11/2018 to the concerned Family Court, Sessions Division South-West, Dwarka from Sessions Division Central, Tis Hazari, this case pertaining to the marriage between the same parties, too is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District South-West, Dwarka, Delhi from the concerned Family Court, District Central, Delhi. The parties shall appear before the Dwarka Court on 15.11.2018. The learned District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts shall ensure that the Trial Court Record is sent to the District & Sessions Judge, Dwarka Courts for requisite action.
