O R D E R
% 04.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) states that although, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking regularisation of Shop No. 1526/102, First Floor, Shrinathji Medicine Market, Bhagirat Palace, Chandni Chowk, Delhi110006 (hereinafter referred to as 'the subject shop') was rejected as far back as on 22nd December, 2016, a copy of the said rejection order is not traceable since the original file in relation thereto has been misplaced. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the NDMC further states that in the event, the petitioner were to file a fresh application for regularisation, the same would be disposed of, in accordance with law, after affording the latter an opportunity of being heard, within a specific time frame as may be directed by this Court.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, states that the latter would file a fresh application seeking regularisation of the subject shop within two weeks from today. Directed accordingly.
It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner files a fresh application for regularisation, the same shall be determined by the NDMC after affording an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard, by way of a speaking order, in accordance with law, within six weeks thereafter. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
