% 31.01.2017 In view of the finding of the Civil Judge (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Civil Suit No.901/2006 decided on 17th September, 2013 as well as the appellate order dated 08th February, 2016 passed in RCA No.51/2013, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the said orders.

With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition and application are dismissed.
