The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that as the parties have amicably settled their disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 14.07.2023 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and as the terms thereof have been complied with by the defendants, he has instructions to withdraw the present suit. 2.

The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Needless to state that the interim order dated 31.05.2002 shall stand vacated.

The learned counsel for the defendants/counter claimants also prays for leave to withdraw the counter claim. 5.

The counter claim is also dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

The pending application is also disposed of as being infructuous.
