% 22.12.2016 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has instructed him that he would not be able to deposit the award amount with the Commissioner, Employee's Compensation.

Section 30 of the Employee's Compensation Act makes the deposit of the award amount with the Commissioner, Employee's Compensation mandatory before preferring the appeal.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed. Copy of this order be sent to the respondents as well as Commissioner, Employee's Compensation.
