Mr. Ghose accepts notice for the respondents. In view of the order that I propose to pass, Mr. Ghose says that he does not wish to file a counter affidavit in the matter.

The limited relief that the petitioner seeks is the disposal of a representation dated 5.4.2018, which is marked as Annexure P-9 and appended at pages 80 to 82 of the paper book. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to deliberate upon the aforementioned representation of the petitioner and, thereafter, pass a speaking order qua the same. W.P.(C) No.4526/2018 Pg.1 of 2

The concerned authority will also call upon the petitioner and/or her authorized representative for hearing in the matter before passing a speaking order. A copy of the speaking order will be furnished to the petitioner. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, she will be at liberty to assail the same in the manner known to law.
