O R D E R

% 19.12.2017 Parties have settled this matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They have also entered into a settlement agreement dated 14.12.2017. As per the settlement agreement, the respondent is to pay to the petitioner a total sum of Rs.26 lakhs. First instalment of Rs.6 lakhs has been paid at the time of signing of the settlement. The schedule of the balance payment has been stated in the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement is legal and valid. Parties are bound to the settlement agreement. The respondent shall ensure that necessary payments as per the agreed instalments are paid to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law including for revival of this petition in case the respondent defaults in making payment of the instalments.
