% 08.05.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by ASI Sahab Singh of police station Saket.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she is not willing to pursue FIR No. 247/2017 under Sections 354/354(A)/354(D)/509/506 IPC registered at police station Saket any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
