CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI
O R D E R
% 08.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the Tehsildar to make necessary entries as prayed for by the petitioner in the revenue records. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have moved an application dated 29th November, 2016 requesting for making the requisite entries in the revenue records, but to no effect. He submits that since the Tehsildar/Respondent no.1 has failed to take any action thereon till date, this Court may issue an appropriate direction to respondent no.1 to carry out the said mutation.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that aggrieved by the inaction of respondent no.1, he has not approached any superior revenue authority and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the higher
revenue authority complaining about the inaction of respondent no.1. The petition and pending applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. MAY 08, 2018/aa REKHA PALLI, J
