% 03.05.2016 The petitioner has impugned order dated 19.04.2016 passed by learned Presiding Officer, Delhi School Tribunal in Execution Petition No.10/2015 in Appeal No.2/2013.

The petitioner has also impugned order dated 23.01.2015 passed by Delhi School Tribunal in Appeal under Section 8(3) of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973.

After some arguments, Mr.Saket Sikri, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to file a fresh petition raising all the grounds. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
