The present suits have been valued by the plaintiff for the purpose of court fees and jurisdiction at amounts that are less than the minimum permissible value fixed for instituting a suit in the High Court. 2.

Counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the decision dated 17.8.2016 in similar suits filed by the plaintiff, registered as CS(COMM) Nos. 783/2016, 785/2016, 787/2016, 775/2016, 777/2016, 779/2016 and CS(COMM) 403/2016 & connected matters

789/2016 holding inter alia that the said suits ought to be transferred to the District Court for trial, the present suits may also be transferred to the District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for further proceedings. Ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to transfer the files of the present suits to the District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 4.

The plaintiff shall appear before learned District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 5th October, 2016.

Interim orders to continue till further orders are passed by the competent court.
