% 27.04.2016 By way of present petition the petitioner, inter alia, seeks directions to respondent to revise the pay scale of the petitioner in accordance with the recommendations of the pay commission and in terms of pay revisions of similarly situated employees. After some arguments, Mr. Vinod Kumar Bhati, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make detailed representation before the respondent.

As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that in case, the petitioner files representation before the respondent the same shall be considered in accordance with law. V.P.VAISH, J APRIL 27, 2016/b
