% 25.07.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 03.10.2012 wherein his application seeking allotment of an alternate plot had been rejected on the ground that he himself had stated that he has a share in khasra No.1191/701/2/2 (0-2) and 825/2/31 (2-0). Submission of the petitioner is that he has filed an additional affidavit in this Court dated 10.05.2016 wherein it is pointed out that in view of the judgment passed by the learned LAC Court on 22.12.1973, it is clear that this land also stands acquired and he has no land which unacquired. Submission being that this representation of the petitioner now be considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made an independent representation to the competent body in this regard dated 18.02.2016 and in view of the aforenoted submission this may be considered in accordance with law. It is ordered accordingly. The respondents shall decide the case

of the petitioner in a time bond frame of eight months from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition disposed of.
