% 04.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in person, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition and the application filed therewith, his request, however, being limited to enlargement of time for vacation of the subject premises.

The revision petition and the application filed therewith stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Notice limited to the issue of enlargement of time is issued to the respondent, on appropriate steps being taken within a week, returnable on 26th July, 2018.

The order of eviction shall not be executed till then. Compliance under Order XXXIX Rule 3 CPC shall be made by the petitioner within three days.
