By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is praying for grant of parole for a period of three months on the ground of filing SLP before Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, A.S.C. appearing on behalf of Mr.Ashish Aggarwal, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice of this writ petition and assures that the application filed by the petitioner for his release on parole before the GNCT of Delhi shall be disposed of by the Competent Authority within 10 days.

In view of the above assurance given by learned ASC for the State, no further direction is required to be passed in this matter and the writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
