% 18.01.2017 The decretal amount is less than two crores rupees. As per Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 23 of 2015) which came into effect from 26.10.2015 vide notification No. F. No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016, the execution petition is liable to be transferred before the concerned District Court. Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that part property in Greater Kailash and some part property in Barakhamba Road and further submits that he is old person and his office is situated at Mandi House as such requested to send the matter before the Learned District & Session Judge (New Delhi District) Patiala House Court.

Learned counsel for the judgement debtor submits that he has no objection in this regard and further submits that judgement debtor No 4 (b) has expired in November 2016 and he will furnish the particulars of LRs of deceased judgement debtor No.4 (b) to counsel for the decree holder within two weeks time.

In view of the submission, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (New Delhi District) Patiala House Court. Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court on 09.03.2017.
