By this application, respondent No.2 seeks release of the sum of Rs.33 lakhs deposited by the petitioner in this petition along with interest accrued thereon in terms of order dated 04.10.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.M.C.2864/2012.

The petitioner is present in person and he submits that he has no objection to the said amount being released to respondent No.2. 3.

In view of the above and keeping in view of the fact that a sum of Rs.33 lakhs has been deposited by the petitioner, it is directed that the amount be released to respondent No.2 along with accrued interest thereon, if any, on the same.
