No change of circumstances are pleaded from 10.7.2015 to seek variation of the judgment passed by a Learned Single Judge of this Court on 10.7.2015 whereby amounts have to be released only of Rs.50,000/- plus interest every year after initial release of the difference between Rs.5,03,919/- and Rs.4,50,000/-. 2.
