This execution petition is settled between the decree holder and Judgment Debtor nos.2 to 4 and therefore, so far as these parties are concerned, the execution petition is satisfied. 2.

So far as JD No. 1-company is concerned, it is in liquidation, and therefore, this execution petition is disposed of for the time being with liberty to the Decree holder to revive the same on permission being granted by the Competent Court.
