% 29.04.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider petitioner‟s new representation dated 8th June, 2015 for allotment of a chamber in the Rohini Courts Complex. It is the petitioner‟s case that the respondents are now considering allotment of chambers which are lying vacant. He, however, states that petitioner‟s representation dated 8th June, 2015 has not been disposed of till date.
Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of along with the applications with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the petitioner‟s representation dated 8th June, 2016 within a period of eight weeks, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner shall be at liberty to furnish fresh documents in support of his claim in accordance with the rules within a period of one week.
However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
