1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner took away the file for photocopying yesterday and then did not bring it back and, therefore, he is not able to argue the matter.

2. The Court finds this conduct of the Petitioner completely unacceptable particularly when today's date was fixed on 16th August 2016 in the presence of the counsel.

3. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. CRL. M.A. 3666/2013
