The present suit has been filed for permanent injunction, rendition of accounts of profit, damages, delivery up, etc. on account of the Defendants' unauthorized use of the Plaintiff's trade mark 'JAGRAN'. 2.

Mr. Shashank Pathak, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the defendants. He states that his Vakalatnama is on record. 2.1.

He submits that the original defendant M/s. Jagran Productions Ltd. has changed its name to Veronica Productions Limited and it has not been using the mark 'Jagran'.

He states that defendant no.1 is not asserting any rights in the mark 'Jagran'.

2.3.

He states that the statement be taken on record and the suit proceedings be disposed of in terms thereof.

2.4.

He states that there is no purpose for the plaintiff in pursuing these proceedings against the defendant.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff agrees to the suit proceedings being disposed of by binding the defendant to its statement. 4.

In view thereof, the suit is disposed of accordingly. 6.

The registry is directed to draw up a decree in terms of this order. 7.

All future dates cancelled.
