% 04.08.2017 IA 8784/2017 By this application the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit in view of the fact that the plaintiffs have received ₹6 lakhs each from both the defendants totalling to ₹12 lakhs.

Application is supported by the affidavit of both the plaintiffs and the defendants who are all present in Court as well. Leave is granted to the plaintiff to withdraw the suit. Application is disposed of.
