The petition impugns the foreclosure/pre-payment charges levied by the respondent no.2 India Bulls Housing Finance Limited (IBHFL) on the petitioner and also the action of the respondent no.1 National Housing Bank (NHB) of not deciding the appeal of the petitioner against the order of closure of the complaint filed by the petitioner with the respondent no.1 NHB against the respondent no.2 IBHFL.

Passover is sought on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The counsels for the respondents no.1 NHB & 2 IBHFL state that a settlement had been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2 IBHFL and in light whereof the dispute does not survive. A download of the e-mail of the petitioner to the respondent no.2 IBHFL undertaking to withdraw the present petition is handed over in the Court and taken on record.

I have no reason to doubt the statement of the counsels for the respondents no.1 NHB & 2 IBHFL.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
