The parties in this suit for partition of immovable property and for ancillary reliefs were vide orders dated 2nd May, 2018 and 7th September, 2018 referred to Mediation Cell of this Court. 2.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. K. Venkatraman, Advocate/Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 10th January, 2019 purporting to be signed by the plaintiff, defendants no.1,2&8 and by the counsels for the said parties has been received. 3.

The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendants support the Settlement and state that as of today, it is the plaintiff and the defendants no.1,2&8 only who have a share in the property and the other parties do not have a share in the property and have already filed affidavits in this suit to that effect. It is also stated that the plaintiff and the defendants no.1,2 &8, in the Settlement Agreement have agreed to an arrangement of the portions of the property to be used/occupied by the said parties and want this suit to be disposed of in terms of the said Settlement without seeking a CS(OS) 204/2018

decree to be drawn up in terms thereof.
