% 27.07.2016 1.

In view of the fact that total leave comprising 1387 days has been regularized by the respondents learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the claim for earned leave encashment for the reason the earned leave has been taken into account while regularizing 1387 days leave. 2.

Regarding terminal benefits payable to the petitioner dispute pertains to two. The first is an ex-gratia sanction in sum of `9 lacs. The second is claim under Jharkhand Group Insurance.

3.

The pleadings evince that ex-gratia in sum of `9 lacs was sanctioned on December 20, 2013.

But there is no clarity whether the money was transferred to the account of the petitioner. Therefore we direct the respondents to check their records and if the ex-gratia sanctioned has not been transmitted to the account of the petitioner needful shall be done within W.P.(C) 6353/2014

4 weeks from today.

We find that other benefits have been paid to the petitioner through ECS. The said amount would be paid through ECS if not already paid. The respondents know the account to which the money has to be remitted.

4.

As regards claim under Jharkhand Group Insurance we find that the petitioner filled up wrong forms on the assumption that the insurance cover was taken from the New India Insurance Company. The insurance cover was taken from the National Insurance Company. 5.

Upon the petitioner filling up the form and submitting the same to the respondents needful shall be done within 6 weeks from today. 6.

Directing as above the writ petition is disposed of without there being any order as to costs PRADEEP NANDRAJOG, J.
