% 17.07.2018 The petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 237/2013 dated 22.07.2013 registered at Police Station, Rani Bagh under sections 420, 465, 467, 468 & 471 IPC. The petitioner is accused of having defrauded the respondent for an amount of Rs.1.28 crores. The parties had entered into a settlement on 07.10.2013, whereunder an amount of Rs. 58 lacs was to be deposited with the complainant. The payments have not been made. In view of the compromise, he was granted interim bail on 07.10.2013; thereafter he absconded, he did not appear before the Court, he was arrested on 01.10.2015, the interim bail order was recalled on 17.04.2014; and the charge-sheet has been filed.

In view of the above, no case is made out for grant of bail. The petition is dismissed.
