The case has been placed before the Court by the Registry with a note stating inter alia that the case file was erroneously forwarded to the court of the District and Sessions Judge, District East, Karkardooma Courts, whereas the same falls under the jurisdiction of Shahdara Courts. 2.

Accordingly, in view of the Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, issued under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge, Shahdara Court Complex for further proceedings before the competent court on 2nd September, 2016.

A perusal of the order sheets shows that none has been appearing on behalf of the plaintiff after 5.12.2014.

Counsel for the defendant had appeared on 4.11.2015.

Accordingly, the competent court shall issue a notice of default to the counsels for the parties as also the parties for their presence.
