% 21.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the next meeting of the Appellate Committee of respondent No.1 is scheduled to be held on 25.05.2018 and therefore, prays that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's appeal in the said meeting. Ms.Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondents is unable to either deny or admit the aforesaid contention and contends that as per her instructions, the meeting of the Appellate Committee is likely to be held in the next 10 days and the petitioner's case would be positively considered in the said Committee. She however, submits that the petitioner may be directed to fill in the online application form within the next two days. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to do the needful.

It is however, made clear that in case the petitioner's case is not decided within the next 10 days, the petitioner would be at liberty to

approach this Court.
