% 10.05.2018 After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings against the State of Haryana in respect of the grant of „No Objection Certificate‟ to her as also the policy dated 19th March, 2018 issued by the State.

The petition and applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate

proceedings in accordance with law.
