This is an application seeking withdrawal of the instant writ action. 2.

The application is not opposed by learned counsels appearing for respondent no.2, 3, 4 and 5.

2.1 Although there is no appearance on behalf of respondent no.1/UOI, having regard to the contents of the application, we are inclined to allow the prayer made in the application.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the above-captioned application is allowed.

Needless to add, the application for recall, if moved, will be in close proximity to the date when the order passed today is served on respondent no.1/UOI and/or its counsel.

In view of the order passed in CM No.779/2024, nothing further needs to be done in the writ petition.
