% 18.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties and also challenges the communication dated 17th April, 2018 wherein his application on the aforesaid ground was rejected by the competent authority.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted parole by this Court with effect from 4th June, 2015 for a period of one month and the petitioner jumped the parole and was arrested in other cases on 8th September, 2016.

Considering the previous conduct of the petitioner at this stage this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
