This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for restoration of petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 07.05.2018. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number. 3.
