1. Learned counsel for the Respondent has handed over a copy of the order dated 24th January, 2019 issued by the Inspector General, BSF stating that the Petitioners' pay has been fixed in the pre-revised structure as per the 7th Pay Commission report under the CCS (RP) Rules.

2. Any further reliefs that the Petitioners may want to seek has to be by way of filing a substantive writ petition and not by way of the present application.

3. The application is disposed of.
