1.
The present batch of petitions impugn separate ex-parte awards passed in favour of the respondent no.1/workmen in each of the cases. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that vide order dated 30.07.2015, this Court had allowed the respondents' application under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 whereafter the respondents have stopped appearing before this Court as they gainfully employed elsewhere. He, therefore, prays that the present petitions be heard expeditiously.
3.
The record shows that none has been appearing on behalf of the respondents after 09.05.2017. In these circumstances, while granting liberty to the parties to keep a two page note, setting out the list of dates and the issues involved in the present petitions handy, for the perusal of this Court on the next date, the matter is directed to be listed for disposal on 25.04.2019.
4.
It is made clear that if the respondents still remain unrepresented on the next date, the matter will be heard on the basis of the pleadings already on record.
