O R D E R
The learned counsel for the parties state that they have reconciled the amount payable and there is difference of only ₹500/- (approximately) between the amount computed by the Decree Holder and the Judgement Debtor. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that he has is not insisting on payment of the said amount and would accept the calculation as made by the Judgment Debtor. The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor states that as per their calculation a balance sum of ₹79,835/- is payable. He also undertakes on behalf of the Judgement Debtor that the aforesaid sum will be paid within a period of one week from today directly to the Decree Holder. The Judgment Debtor is bound down to the said statement.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
It is clarified that in the event the payment is not made as directed, the
