% 29.04.2016 The matters have been discussed from time to time. Parties have resolved their disputes, as the petitioners are prepared to pay a sum of Rs.1.50 crores as the full and final settlement towards the awarded amount in all the matters. The petitioners have handed over the Bank Drafts for a sum of Rs.15 lacs to the respondent and the remaining amount would be given in the following manner: MONTH Rupees (in Lacs) JULY 2016 AUGUST 2016 SEPTEMBER 2016 OCTOBER 2016 NOVEMBER 2016 DECEMBER 2016 JANUARY 2017
FEBURARY 2017 MARCH 2017 Total 1.35 crores The above said proposal of settlement given by the petitioners is accepted by the respondent.
Let the petitioners file an undertaking by way of affidavit(s) regarding the schedule as mentioned above within one week from today.
In view of the above settlement, the present petitions are accordingly disposed of.
