The matter is yet pending before the Executing Court and next before there is 26.5.2016. The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking setting aside of the order passed in those proceedings on 05.5.2016.

This application is misconceived as this is not the forum, an application under Section 151 of the CPC in a disposed of petition is not maintainable. Application is dismissed with liberty granted to the

petitioner/applicant to approach the appropriate Forum. Application dismissed.
