% 02.08.2018 It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that counter affidavit was filed yesterday; however, it is not on the record. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the goods which are the subject matter of the present writ petition, were directed to be released provisionally, subject to certain conditions by order dated 28.06.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite compliance with the conditions imposed, the Assistant Commissioner has not yet released the goods. The concerned Assistant Commissioner who made the provisional release order (dated 28.06.2018) shall ensure that in case the conditions have been W.P.(C) 4698/2018

complied with, the goods are released to the petitioner within five working days.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master to both the parties.
